is there any effect from being a level 20 gardener vs level 10 when

As best I can tell, gardening level doesn't affect those things, only the gardening spells you can train.

At lvl 15 you unlock 48h need spells that help to reduce by 35% the energy cost used on gardening per month
I think there is few thing at lvl 12 but thats all

Gardening rank is only a prerequisite for learning gardening spells and unlocking certain gardening quests. Currently there is no benefit from going past rank 15 for the Khrysalis quest.

just hoped that after growing thousands of plants and becoming a verdant gardener, there would be a bit more benefit than a couple more spells.

at 227 energy, i am not too worried about the energy most of the time. skipped most of Khrysalis gardening spells.
