Greetings programs! I had a thought about maycast abilities. Maycast abilities trigger at certain times, and some of those triggers wind up going critical. Should the maycast that was triggered by something going critical ALSO go critical? If you do something that goes critical, that causes a maycast to fire, should that go critical is the question (not something an enemy does)?

Thoughts?
pets don't have the ability to crit - therefor if they cast something, it shouldn't roll a critical hit.

While pets on their own can't critical, they can grant critical hit bonuses, so it could be argued that they could use their own stat to possibly critical. Also, what about wands? They often give a critical stat, so they could use their own critical stat as well.

I was typing exactly this when the forums got updated xD

just because your pet rolls more than the average amount of critical hits does not mean that your pet has the innate ability to roll a critical hit.
