We have several reason to affirmate that morganth is still alive and active.

First of all:morganth is trap inside the black hole that can be seen near arcanum.

After defeating her in khrysalis, she as fall into the black hole.

Trap,she try to get out but cannot, so she dived into the hole.

In there, she has found something,something that create multiple anomaly around the spiral.

Causing multiple paradox causality, leading to dangerous portal, event,or disaster all over the edge of the spiral.

We know she can see around the spiral, like ambrose do.However, only scion that resonate with his wizard.
