Can Kingsisle Transfer Bought Lore Spells?

Earlier this year, I went on a card pack spree and got Winter Moon on my balance. Now that I own an Ice wizard, I would like the Winter Moon spell (which I acquired with crowns, not farming), to be transferred to it.
Is this possible?

Sorry, we're unable to transfer lore spells from one character to another.
