How do I update my profile?

I cannot seen to remember how to update my profile here in the message board area.

I don't think we really have access to a profile area. We get "Watched Topics" so we can follow threads and we can click on our picture to update our avatars, but there isn't a way to make a signature or adjust your message board name.
