I deleted my low level wizard to make room for a new wizard. The wizard I deleted had my favorite pet on him. Is that pet gone? I can't find him in the shared bank.
Sorry to hear that you lost your pet. I love mine dearly because it gives me two cards (and it's a pretty cool krok, if I do say so myself). Anyways, contact Wizard101 support within 48 hours and they can redeem it to your higher level wizard. Good luck!
Message support. As long as you still have an open character slot they can restore your deleted wizard. This happened with a mount I had accidentally left on a wizard I deleted.
