Yeah, uh, I kind of just heard about the Test Realm, from the game's official wiki, and I know it says it's offline, but I really, REALLY want to try it out. Is there any way I can still get it?

You answered your own question.
It's offline. That means no one get on until it goes online.
It goes online a little before a big update hits the live realm. Since you REALLY want to go on the Test Realm then you gotta wait till KI announces something big for the game.

You can't try it out right now because it is offline. When the Test Realm gets back online, you can download it then.
