Bought crowns

Does anyone know how long it takes for me to receive bought crowns? I bought them and still haven't received them. I checked crown history and it says no history but I checked with the bank and it says I bought them. Will I recieve them later?

I would send in a support ticket. Also check your email to see if there was a decline or hold put on it for whatever reason. Sounds like it didn't go through?

They should show up right away.

are you sure the purchase went through?

did you get a receipt, or the "thank you for your purchase" message at the end of the transaction? if you didn't, chances are it was declined or on hold~ if you know for a fact that it wasn't declined, talk to support.
