s it possible to obtain pet Jewels from monsters. Please tell me where & what monsters drop them, Specifically Myth jewel like Myth giver because I'm working making the perfect Myth pet.

You might consider doing this, as it's a lot of work for others to do the research for you. There are many official wizard101 fan sites out there who can help you with your question.
Damage or Accuracy, depends on what extra stats you need really. Keep in mind that if your pet already has a talent, you can not use that jewel. For example if your pet has myth-giver, a myth-giver jewel will be ignored, you ca not have the same talent twice.
