Half of Tanglewood Terror Creatures are in Wysteria, the other half are in Wizard City. Half of the Midnight Sun Pagoda Creatures are in Khyrsalis, the other half are in Dungeons.
How does this make any sense? I imagine the creatures we are missing in certain worlds can be anywhere now??
