When do Halloween things start in Wizard101?

I'm screaming! I finished every quest and new dungeon in at least and hour and a half!!!! EEEEEEE I'm really happy! Now I'm just farming Lord Nightshade and I got a Kitty Pumpkin Mask and EEEEE I can't!!
