When you send a message and it appears in the chat log, it should tell you in the chat log who it was sent to. Now this may not seem like a big deal but so many times I have sent it to the wrong person and have only been able to figure out my mistake by the person I accidentally sent it to responding confused or the friend I was talking to saying they got confused because they missed a part of what I was saying.
