Needing a little help

So I don't know where to put this. On the Wizard101 website,on where you buy either a membership or crowns. I was trying to buy crowns. I've tried 3 times. I would put my info in and the cards info in and processed into the next page. But there is always an error that I typed my billing address wrong. I know where I live.

So is there anyone that can help me here?

The Billing Address should be the same one as the one on the card I believe.

If it doesn't match up, then the transaction is usually declined.

You can try confirming with your bank the billing address of your card (maybe something changed) just to be sure then attempting the purchase again.

If it still fails, you can try contacting support.

Its not a regular credit card. It's one of those pre paid visa gift cards. But you can use it as a credit card.. I went to GameStop, picked the card I wanted and paid what the amount that was on the card. I've never used these cards to get crowns before. I would have normally bought those wizard101 cards and did it that way. But I thought I would at least try it this way.
