Decks with less than 64 mainboard copies should not be allowed in pvp. Decks with mainboards that are not filled up completely should also be illegal in pvp. I get my reasoning from Hearthstone where everyone has to have 30 cards in their deck. All the classes in that game are balanced off of strategies that involve 30 cards and that's because if you could put less cards in a deck, some classes would be more broken than others. Streamlining everyone to use a full 64 deck Wiz will make cards and pvp easier to balance. Does the pvp community want to keep tradition or make pvp more fair? We already made pvp turn based.
