It is my understanding that the Seed Vault is limited to one per account. As such it is also only purchaseable and not craftable. First please correct me if I have the information incorrect. But assuming I am correct, then I think we should be able to craft it if we are high enough level or allow us to place it accessable by all our toons on an account.

Just my thoughts.
You can have 1 seed vault outside each house and 1 inside each house. You can either purchase those vaults from the crowns shop for 1995 crowns each or you can buy the recipe from Toshio in Jade Palace.
Yeah, 1 inside and 1 outside EACH house. So, if you have 9 houses on one wizard, you could effectively have 18 gear vaults. LOL
LOL, I don't have 9 houses on one wizard but I do have 2 wizards that have 4 and the rest have 3. But you just gave me an idea. The 2 wizards that have 4 houses are only gardening on 3, BUT, I think I will put seed vaults on the 2 extra houses to hold some of the odd seeds that seem to be landing in my backpacks.
