Trying to train Downpour Spell

I am a rank 11 gardener and trying to get the spell from either Marley or Harley.

But when I interact with them they do not show the spell.

A little strange, the only requirement for learning the spell is a rank of at least 5 with 5000 gold pieces.

This might be a bit of a stretch, but have you tried or already know the spells just before it, that being
Shower?


Treasures are also occasionally available from the Bazaar if need be.

Hi Liam - The only reason I am aware of that would cause that is if you already have the spell trained but just did not notice it. I've done this before. Good luck.
