I'm currently in Avalon. Are there any droppable ones that would be worth my time to try and grab? I'm using a level 70 Kapudan's Boarding Hook from a pack right now, but the may-cast feature is really intriguing to me.

I believe the first and only maycast wand is one you'll get in Khrysalis called Shadow's Point. It's really not that great. Depending on your school, your boarding hook is the best wand you could have for your level. Keep using it until I'd say Hades and then determine from there.
