This quest does not show in my quest log and when I defeat celestial remnants I do not receive a dialog stating that I either found or failed to find power crystals. When I go to Leland he has the greyed out questions mark and when I dialogue with him he tells me to go defeat the remnants to gather power crystals. I have logged out and left the area and returned to see if that would fix the problem. Any ideas?
