Honestly, the Sky Iron Hasta from Mount Olympus is fairly commonly used until level 90 or sometimes even level 100. The 10% damage boost is fantastic until you can get better wands in Tartarus and Darkmoor. However, if you're wanting crit, then I would suggest heading over to Atlantea because there's some decent crit wands that drop there. Good luck in your adventures!
