Glitch, It says to talk to Merle Ambrose in the commons on my lvl 130
My quest finder somehow found a talk to Merle quest, yet when i went to the commons and into the tower, Merle didn't have a "!" over his head, weird part was it lead me to mooshu,Along with it bringing up side quests i have already done.
