For some reason the crafting guy at celestia wont give me the quest after i made the two seal of the seven seas

Pierce Stanton does not give you the next crafting quest for Zafaria. You have to be able to go there and get it yourself.

What do you mean he "won't give it to you?"

Are you implying you crafted the amulet before accepting the quest?

Or you have crafted the amulet but he still has a grey question mark?

If it's the latter, ensure the crafted item is in your bagpack upon turning the quest in.

If it's not, then he will not acknowledge completion.
