Shoji and Samoorai

Does Shoji still drop Samoorai? I was farming Loremaster for over a month, got 2 spells I wanted, 8 spells I don't care about. I want Samoorai and heard Shoji has a better drop rate. I've been doing this on and off for almost a week with nothing.
