The game has crashed several times today, and yesterday and the day before. I know, from personal experience, that testing could go on forever and still not catch everything. However, I truly do not believe enough testing was done prior to this fall's update (adding the world of Karamelle). that might cause a fatal error.
I love the detail in Karamelle... the chocolate moose have full-body seams just like chocolate bunnies at Easter time; the witches and other characters have recognizable names, depending on a player's age; and a host of other positives, too many to mention. But half-a-dozen fatal errors (crashes) in as many hours of play should be unacceptable when releasing a major update to the public.
