What is the fastest way to level up?

I was wondering because I am a storm wizard that is level 36 and I am in
Dragonspyre. I don't think I am ready for Dragonspyre. Is there certain things
I could do to level up way faster?

Do all storyline and side quests. It may seem like it takes a long time but it's the fastest way to level up.

Finish Wysteria, Grizzleheim + Wintertusk, and all sidequests
