only one left quest doesn't work

ok so I have beat timmy icepick 3 times now, and I have restarted my computer and all I see is the rewards no decription. When I get to pugsby he acys like I haven't defeated him yet. I have email kingsisle and have herd no response. I don't know what to do. Can someone please help me

Hi. Did you receive a Customer Support ticket number? If you did, feel free to post it here and we can follow up. Additionally, make sure to check your junk and spam mail as some mail providers will sort our responses in those folders.

As another option, make sure the email with your account is up to date, and contact us through our web portal instead.https://www.wizard101.com/CustomerSupport/game
