Legendary Life and Ice crafted wands not correct

Every other legendary wand you can craft has 1% higher damage than the highest Rat wand you can get in Polaris.

The Ice and the Life do not. KI, can you fix this? It doesn't make any sense at all.

I would also suggest buffing the pierce by 1% as well. The ice you can make an argument for to leave at 3%, but the life should really be 4% at least.

It does seem unfair stats-wise. However, I think ice and life were given the best wand looks.

Ice does have a nice looking wand but not so much for life.
It looks average to me.
