This wand has death/fire wand hits but I have noticed since I got it that the fire wand cast is 95% accuracy. This seems to be the only wand spell in game without 100% accuracy. I have also noticed that it fizzles way more that 5% of the time. I am wondering if this accuracy is intentional or a glitch? This is the level 110 wand. I do not know if the accuracy is different on any other level.
