About 2 weeks ago, I purchased $50 & $25 worth of crowns in the same purchase. I received the 12,500 crowns (correct me if I'm wrong) from the $25, but never received the crowns for the $50 that I also spent. I've sent in multiple support tickets, but none of them have been answered. I even provided proof of Kings Isle taking approx. $50.00 out of my bank account. Right above that is another transaction from Kings Isle, taking approx. $25.00. I really would like my $50 worth of crowns, how do I get in contact with them?
Are you receiving Customer Support ticket numbers when you send them emails? Make sure you're checking your junk and email folders as sometimes email providers will sort our responses there.
