I'd like to add:
+2000 Health or more
+200 Mana or more

Also, I'll lower the requirement for the Shadow Pip Bonus to +40%.

70% Shadow Pip Bonus- WHAT?! Anything above 10% doesn't exist, let alone 70%!

A lot of these statistics high depend on pet talents, your school and what gear you can craft or have dropped for your school. I highly doubt such statistics exist without losing some numbers in certain categories.

I've yet to see gear that can maintain high incoming with high damage. There is usually a trade off there, but it's easier to get near those numbers with jewels these days.

I'd say that a knowledgable ice wizard could possibly get near most of these statistics, but it would take time to get the optimal gear, jewels, and pet.

Hope to see you all in the Spiral!

doesn't exist, though you can improve your stats with gear and jewels.

if you're level 56+ wnitertusk crafted
level 60+ waterworks
level 100+ darkmoor tier 1

i believe there are other 'elite' tiered gear options in polaris and mirage, but the 3 above are way more well-rounded (as gear that "works" with the new crit/block system doesn't exist yet either).

There is no gear currently available that gives that exact combination of stats.

Shadow pips and Stun resist, as far as I know, can't go above 15%-20% currently. Some wizards have managed to put together 25% pierce using a combination of gear plus jewels.

High resist and high healing usually requires a specially bred pet. Same with high damage and high critical stats ... and it's not easy to get them all maxed. There's a trade-off between damage and defense when it comes to augmenting via pets and jewels.

Dr. Von gave you a list of some of the best gear available, but to her list I'll add the Exalted one-shot dungeons. You can win them as drops from various bosses throughout the spiral. Here is a list that compare Exalted gear to Darkmoor gear for various schools. It's at Wizard101 Central.

If you really want the very best gear possible, this list goes by school and compares hat/robe/boots plus rings/athames/wands and gives you the top two for comparison. You'll know exactly which is best and where to farm for it. The list I'm linking below tells you where you can get the Exalted dungeons for "free" if you don't have Crowns.

Happy hunting!

More information on your wizard would help. What school are you? What level are you? Just throwing out requested numbers puts a damper on being able to help you out.

On that note, there are many W101 fan sites that can help you with selecting gear. I don't mean to be rude, but I don't think anyone should do the research for you. It is up to you to figure out what gear, pets, and gems work best for what you want to obtain.

Clarifications: 1) The numbers I listed were minimums. 2) I am a Storm wizard that is Level 105.

I'll lower the Shadow Pip Bonus minimum to 15%.

Any pet recommendations for high resist and high healing?

True, though lots of people seem to know this stuff off the top of their head, and nobody is obligated to respond. Also, some fan sites can be hard to navigate through.

Addendum: I'll also lower my Stun Resist minimum to 15%.
