I farmed the usual places for three days in griz and mirage and got one seed. Tonight I did the hidden cave 6 times which is an easy dungeon and got THREE seeds. I know this doesn't sound like much....unless you have tried farming them! It is a very popular dungeon that is easy to get 4 people to team up in taking less than 10 minutes. Stop wasting your time elsewhere... as well there are great armour drops and often hard to find flying squid juice
