I've played for several years and I've had to make a second account. By now, my account should have aged to 18. I pay membership with card and the option still isn't available. Can someone help me?
I've had the same problem I've had my account for years and bought both crowns and memberships with this account and I'm 20 I dont understand why I cant switch it over.
Your account doesn't necessarily age as the years go by.
By that, I mean your DOB (hence age) you originally placed onto the account when originally creating it is the same age reflecting now, it does not update unfortunately.
So, if you were a minor then, you're still a minor 5 years later.
However, what you can do to adjust this is logging into your parental controls on your account here on the website.
Once you do;
Click on My Account Then; Parental Controls. Log in to your Master Account (if you don't recall the credentials, contact KI support; support@wizard101.com) You'll then see a list of options including open chat, tick the box.
Now, if in the end, all this fails, again, try contacting support detailing as much information as possible.
