Not able to play ranked pvp.

As said above, i am not able to play ranked pvp. The Quick play button is grayed out and the create game button does not appear at all.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

I'm a level 51 if you need to know.

choose a tab for the type of match you want to play, 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, or 4v4, then the button will not be dimmed and you can join.
