Summoned to Celestia but where is it?

I was summoned to Celestia by a character in the game (can't remember who) who says it's urgent I see him. But I don't know how to find this place. Where is it?

Celestia is the 6th world. You must defeat Malistaire in Dragonspyre to get it. You train sun moon and star schools there.
