I have heard about this, but I can find no information about it at all, what exactly is it? How does it work?
What do we do or where do we go to take part in it?

the 12 days of the spiral are an event that occur each year before Christmas. From the day it start and for twelve days, one surprise will appear each day.
That could be:
-free code for reward in game
-reduction on crown shop,bundle,crowns and membership
-event like contest or something in social media

The 12 days of the Spiral is a fantastic annual event which usually starts around the 5th of December and lasts until the end of the Holiday Season.

During the event, KI has numerous prizes and surprises each day for all wizards to partake in. These activities usually include:

New/Free Mounts
Crowns Sale
Free Codes
Introduction of new Crowns Items

And, usually on Day 13, free crowns ranging from about 25 - 60,000!

This year, the events begins in about two days.
