So, when I look at the Punishment and Chastisement star spells they both have +5% power pip. My suggestion is for Chasitisement to instead have +5% accuracy, just to simply diversify them.
By default, balance has 85% accuracy, balance doesn't get accuracy boost from most of their gear (up till House of Scales, but that's a recent thing).
Here's 2 ways that chastisement and punishment already ARE different:
Chastisement:
1a) Increases incoming damage from fire, ice, and storm by 5% 1b) Has a more red color to its aura
Punishment:
2a) Increases incoming damage from life, death, and myth by 5% 2b) Has a more white color to its aura
Since use them myself, I know the difference. I doubt they'll change it, but yeah, seeing as how they're 70% the same, I can see how you can get them confused.
