I just bought a prepaid card online and when I go to redeem it it is asking for a code. Where can I find this code. I was never given one when I competed the order and recieved no email with the card info.
Just to confirm - you bought the online card directly from the Wizard101 website? I ask because some retailers like Best Buy, Walmart, and GameStop offer digital codes as well.
If you did purchase it from the KingsIsle website, you definitely should've received a purchase summary confirmation email that is connected to the account you bought it on. Have you checked your junk folder? If your account doesn't have the items and you didn't receive an email, it's possible your transaction never went through.
