I am a level 74 Balance Wizard and I am finding that the Bazaar gear just isn't cutting it anymore. I heard it is good to start crafting around this level but I have never crafted before so I am confused. Also, I hear item drops in dungeons may be my best bet for good gear, but I feel farming takes a lot of time and isn't always a gurantee.
