This video shows the absolute broken state of mana burn, and the further issue with maycasts on wands! How is this ok Kingsisle? How can you even let this be in the game?
Mana burn is already a bit too strong as a 5 pip spell, which constitutes pip conserve, that takes away 3 pips and has the potential to do massive damage based on the opponents’ pip count. What is the point of strategically using/saving pips if mana burn makes neither option viable?!?
Please fix this, as well as the PvP timer and Diego decisions. What is it based on? Help your community.

Balance has always been a "utility school" that tries to control the tempo of matches and whittle down their opponent's health, rather than just do a one shot or 1-2 combo.
The point of Mana Burn is to delay an opponent building up lots of pips for a big hit.

I can with this in terms of balance being the utility school as it is, but that may cast free mana burn giving wand needs to get nerf. 0 pip cost mana burn is unhealthy in pvp.

You can’t see the video, but it’s from AwesomeTheSauce. It shows the maycast wands that use mana burn for 0 pips. That’s absolutely broken. I’m fine if balance uses it for 5 pips, although still very strong, but having it as a maycast on a wand hit where tower shields are the only defense? Broken.
