Fish Spawn rate

The Epic Fish Spawn Rate interval seems to be increasing with each reset. Friday, they were spawning 1 for every 5 or 6 casts and by Sunday, the rate is 1 in 20 or so casts. That is a tremendous amount of casts even for a free fishing weekend.
