To start off, I'm not particularly into Deckathalons, although more power to those who enjoy it. However, I am a needlessly over the top collector, which means Kara Runewright has some recipes I need to collect. The wiki of her says she has set up shop in the back left of the wizard city library, but she isn't there. Where is she? I've seen people say sometimes she's there and sometimes she's not. Is it a specific event or what's happening?
